- A. Repair & Maintenance
- i. Replacement of tubes - HVAT India provides a technical & best economical solution to its customers by replacement of defective tubes, due to which the heat exchanger is not functioning properly or the performance of heat exchanger is not up to the mark or not performing as per designed.
- ii. Replacement of shell – HVAT India believes in value for money principle and in-view to save more to its customers, we can replace the shell, by doing that we can pass on major benefits to our customers.
- iii. Chemical cleaning & De-scaling – We on behalf of HVAT India do the first check up of faulty heat exchangers through chemical cleaning in safe environment, where special eco friendly cleaning chemicals being used by our experienced staff & replacement of parts can be avoided which is further cost benefit to our customers.
- iv. Hydraulic & Pneumatic tests – We offer a stringent hydraulic & pneumatic test to our repaired products by creating a working environment with additional safety factor so that our repaired product can easily perform in actual working conditions.
- v. Painting – Painting on product is important part of repair and maintenance to protect it in atmospheric changes, it not only protect but gives a aesthetic enhancement. Our professional team perform the painting and surface preparation in closed safe controlled environment.
- B. On site cleaning
- i. Chemical cleaning & De-scaling – We offers to our customers’ on-site facility to do the first performance check of heat exchangers through chemical cleaning. For that our experienced professionals are highly equipped with high pressure pump & suitable chemicals with safety guidelines. This is one way to do the preventive maintenance to avoid any unwanted break down and most economical process to save time, energy & money.
- ii. Hydraulic testing – We offer our services to customer within their premises for hydraulic testing with high pressure pump, by which we can identified and eliminate break-down maintenance which is more costly and time consuming.
- C. Annual Maintenance Contract
- Annual Maintenance contract is the best way to keep your equipment in working condition throughout the agreed period with fixed cost. We offer AMC from 1 to 3 years as agreed to by the customer & can be extended or renew with mutual agreement. Our AMCs include service support; however, You can add a comprehensive maintenance contract (CMC) that will cover on-site support and replacement as well.
- D. One time services
- We are flexible with our customers and to support them we do one time services as well, our one time services includes of replacement of parts, like shell, tubes, valves, plates etc..this is valuable for us when we transfer our know-how & services and in return we gain customers confidence. This confidence generally converts into AMCs & a larger prospective of repair and maintenance is to up the working time of any equipment.
